The Wreck of the Storm Breaker The Story, we're told, starts where no man can boast - In Sister's Isle of good Erolisi's The Ocean of Tears, plowed for many of years - By the Captains who braved deep and black seas With adventurers and goods, build of iron and wood - Rolled the Stormbreaker, Loaded from Freeport The docks sunk down fast, or'the horizon they passed - Speeding out toward the Faydwer Dwarf Shore Stormbreakers Run was ne'er out done - Sailing round to Antonica and Faydwer As the good ships in fleet, fellows pass by and meet - All of Norrath's peoples have tread here The bell twice chimed, capt'n called out "its time" - And the Stormbreakers anchor weighed upward An uneasy chill shook the first-mates hand, still - Their beloved sea, drawed them onward Greetings and Hails from the Sisters we sailed - A short stop for Kiola and Short Ale More souls onbored come, from old Gornit they'd run - They blew kisses as we unfirreled the main sail The sky turned grey, most errie they say - As Karana called his storms and flurries Old Prexus awoke and the waves came and broke - As they trudged passed the isle of SeaFuries As riggings were tied, not a safe spot was dry - And the rain fell in sheets cross the deckplates The Captain's heart sank low as he called out below - "Pray the Marr's have a good hold on our fates!" The ship tossed and rolled, from the Sisters we're told - As twin spires of rocks towered over The captain did what he could, then came splintered wood - Then came the Wreck of the good ship StormBreaker! Greater plans wait for those who tempt fate - when the Gods see fit to faulter Lesser plans fail, and lives shot to hell - when the planes where called up and altered Mortals b'come gods, but what are their odds - when they call out the ones who they tribute A swift hand collides and brush power aside - and take all that they gave through our seasons Five hudred years now, were you there, can you now - See the folley of fighting what fait brings Those who called up are gone, may the gods find me wrong - We wait here and watch the horizon And many a year passed, many questions we've asked - and the Seas still curse our ships crews A thousand souls lost, was it worth this great cost - Old Prexus collects our sins dues In Qeynos Harbor you never will find - A tribute to those who went under Forgetful it seems, not even heard of in dreams - The Story of the good ship StormBreaker! The Story, I'm told, starts where no man can boast - In Sister's Isle of good Erolisi's The Ocean of Tears, plowed for many of years - By the Captains who braved deep and black seas!
